Returns & Exchanges
We hope your ritual feels right — but if it doesn’t, we’re here to support you.
We accept returns or exchanges on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To begin a return, contact us through the form above or email us at contact@sinlineas.com with your order number.
At this time, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Because our oils are handcrafted in small batches and made for skin health, we can’t accept used or opened products — unless there’s a quality concern, in which case we’ll always make it right.

Our violet glass bottles are recyclable, reusable, and beautiful — and we encourage you to give them a second life.
If you'd like to send your clean, empty bottle back to us for recycling, we'll provide you with a prepaid return label and offer you a discount on your next order as a thank you.
